Recipe: Stir Fry with Bean Pasta (Vegan). | Cornelia


This is my recipe for my vegan stir fry.

Ingredients:

- 1/2 a Bag of Frozen Vegetables (I used a thai wok).
- 1/2-1 Cup of Bean Pasta.
- Oil (olive oil, avocado oil for cooking).
- Garlic Powder.
- Chili Flakes.
- Cayenne Pepper.
- Salt.

How to:

Cook the pasta for 5-8 minutes.
(while the pasta's cooking).
Pour the oil into the pan (how much need depends on your preference).
And then pour half a bag of the frozen vegetables into the pan.
When the vegetables are relatively smooth, you can pour your cooked pasta into the pan as well.
Once you've blended the pasta and the vegetables together you can add the spices after taste.
I didn't really look how much I put in, just use your taste and add more if you need to.

And there you go, a yummy meal!
