What I Ate in Stockholm as a Vegan. | Cornelia
So I was in Stockholm for two days and this is what I ate as a vegan.
Day 1:
Breakfast:
I ate on the train there, the train was four and a half hours so I ate some:
Seed-crackers with Almond Butter.
Chia Pudding with Blueberries.
Salted & Roasted Cashew nuts.
Snack:
I bought a guava and strawberry smoothie on the way there.
Lunch:
I ate quite a lot in the morning so I wasn't really that hungry.
So me and my mom decided to head into Starbucks and get some coffee.
We ended up buying a raw food ball that they had and it was delicious.
A few hours later I had some root vegetable chips.
Dinner:
For lunch we went to a restaurant called Hermans.
It's a vegan restaurant located in Stockholm, it was so amazing and delicous.
They hate a bufé for 80 sek (Swedish money) and it was a dream come true.

Dessert:
So at Herman's I also bought a raw (non-sugar) ginger brownie and it was amazing!
Day 2:
Breakfast:
For breakfast on day 2 I wasn't very hungry.
But I decided to go to Starbucks (again) and buy a ginger drink and a raw food ball.
Treat:
So while walking in this beautiful garden I passed a stall and I saw that they had raw food ice cream.
So I didn't hesitate, it was so warm and it was exactly what I needed.
Lunch:
For lunch we went to another vegan/vegetarian bufé place.
It was very good but the only downside was that they didn't say which foods had dairy products in them. I think it's very important to do that when you have vegans coming in, I don't know about other people but I want to avoid dairy and meat. I thought it was almost rude of them not to write something. This ended with me taking a taste from my mom's soup which had dairy in it, and I was so close to throwing up and I felt so bad. Of course it was a mistake but I felt horrible.
Dinner:
Vegan Salad, with lettuce, tomatoes and quinoa.
And after that some fresh cherries.
