what i eat in a week (vegan) | cornelia

so i've been gone...again. and i decided to wait another week to able to show you what i eat in a week. because i see a lot of others do this. i won't be sharing the recipes for these stuff in this exact post, but i might share a few of them later. yes i started last saturday and not last monday, so it's a bit weird but hey, here we go. saturday 30/9 - 17 breakfast: potato grout porridge. lunch: sushi inspired buddha bowl. dinner: pasta tomato stew. sweet: a raw food cake slice. sunday 1/10 - 17 breakfast: potato grout porridge. lunch: vegan yogurt with berries. dinner: raw taco sallad. monday 2/10 - 17 breakfast: berry smoothie bowl. lunch: sushi. dinner: potato grout porridge. tuesday 3/10 - 17 breakfast: potato grout porridge. lunch: pita bread pizza. dinner: curry stew. wednesday  4/10 - 17 breakfast: potato grout porridge. lunch: curry stew leftovers. dinner: raw food cake slice. thursday  5/10 - 17 breakfast: oatmeal

recipe: lasagna soup (vegan).

originally by Liv B. 1 1/2 cups (3 dl) of crushed tomatoes. 2 cups (4 dl) of vegetable stock. 1/4 a cup (0.50 dl) of dry lentils. 2 cups (4 dl) of chopped vegetables. 4 pieces of lasagna pasta broken up. put everything in a pan and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes. top with this vegan ricotta and voila!

i have a broken metabolism (how i'm fixing it).

so... it's been a while. i have an explanation but at the same time i don't. for the latest couple of weeks my stomach has been constantly bloated, i haven't been able to do number two very well and i have no idea of what is going on. now i know a part of it might be stress from school etc. but it just doesn't make sense. i wake up bloated, i eat i bloat even more and it doesn't stop. but yesterday i decided that i was through with putting up with it, so here are a few things that i am doing daily to boost my metabolism and heal my stomach from digestive issues. 1. turmeric and msm shot every single day. turmeric is an amazing stomach booster and msm is a great way to get out toxins as well, so therefore i decided to take a shot of each every single day. 2. lemon water in the morning. lemon is amazing for your stomach, so therefore i drink it in hot/ or room temperature water. 3. eating less fruit. now i don't want people to come at

where i've been, new aesthetic, eating healthier.

so i've been gone for like ten days or so, i have a reason. school started on the 24th and it's kicking my butt. i already have homework, tests and late classes, so therefore i haven't been able to blog as much (or at all). but i really want to get back to blogging regularly again, so i am gonna be making so like after school snack ideas and some more what i eat in a day posts. but yeah i wanted to bring up the elephant in the room. i have a new aesthetic that might show. i am working on the appearance on the blog and as you can see my titles and things has changed. i also am trying to eat healthier since going back to school i have been slacking with that for a bit, and i can feel that my body isn't as energized as it was before (and it's only been a week so far). so i am gonna make a few posts about that. but anyway yeah, this was just a small update so, thank you for reading and bye!

So I know I've been gone for a couple of days. But I am starting school in two days, so the stress is real. But here I have a recipe of a delicious wrap that I made for lunch today. It's a must try! Ingredients: Tortilla Bread or Kale Leaf. 1 Tablespoon of Tomato Sauce. 1 Handful of Baby Spinach. 1/2 a Red Onion. 1 Handful of Kale. 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast (nooch). How to: Add the tomato sauce, kale, baby spinach, chopped onion and the nooch into the tortilla bread. Wrap it like a burrito or a wrap and eat!

So I am all about healthy living and body detox nowadays so I thought that I would share my favorite detox smoothie bowl recipe with you. Detox Green Smoothie Bowl. Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cups of Frozen Mangos. 1 1/2 Cups of Fresh Baby Spinach. 1/2 a Frozen Banana. 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice. How to: Blend the ingredients together in a mixer until creamy and smooth. (this can be converted to a normal smoothie if desired).

This is a recipe on a blueberry crunch smoothie bowl that I found. I saw and I needed to share it. So here you go! Ingredients: 2 Frozen Bananas. 1/4 a Cup of Warm Water. 3 Teaspoons of  Vanilla Extract. 1 1/2 a Cup of Oats. Recipe: 1. Mix the frozen bananas, vanilla extract, frozen blueberries, warm water together. 2. When they are blended, mix the oats into the nice cream but keep them chunky. 3. Add toppings and serve. Suggestions: dates, cacao nibs.
