How to: Be A Healthy Vegan. | Cornelia

Being a vegan is relatively easy thing to do. Just cut out all animal products. But being a healthy vegan is something else, this is how I do it! Note 1: Vegetables 2 Meals a Day. Vegetables are the best! So make sure to eat them as often as you possibly can. If you don't like the taste of them, mix into your smoothie or your meals! Note 2: Orange & Lemon Water. Every morning I drink a cold refreshing drink of orange and lemon water. (or just lemon water in case I don't have any oranges). Note 3: Try Eat Clean 5 Days a Week. This means eating good whole foods for 5 days a week. I would recommend taking weekends or special occasions off. Of course it's okay if 4 days a week sometimes. Note 4: Eat Good Fats. We as a society needs to stop being afraid of fats. The body is built up by water and fats. To be able to feel good we need fats. I would recommend eating most fats in whole form, like: a vocados and nuts.  And eat oil but not too much. Eat what m

So I Wrote A Song. | Cornelia

In April I made a song called True Romance. I've been back and forth wondering if I should record it or not. Two days ago I did, I recorded and realest my first song. The beat is made by Sture Zetterberg and it is remixed by Tomas Skydleberg and I give full credit to them. But the lyrics is made by me.  Find the song on youtube:  Cornelia - True Romance (Official Audio) Find the song on soundcloud:  Cornelia - True Romance (Official Audio)

What I Ate in Stockholm as a Vegan. | Cornelia

So I was in Stockholm for two days and this is what I ate as a vegan. Day 1: Breakfast:  I ate on the train there, the train was four and a half hours so I ate some: Seed-crackers with Almond Butter. Chia Pudding with Blueberries. Salted & Roasted Cashew nuts. Snack: I bought a guava and strawberry smoothie on the way there. Lunch: I ate quite a lot in the morning so I wasn't really that hungry. So me and my mom decided to head into Starbucks and get some coffee. We ended up buying a raw food ball that they had and it was delicious. A few hours later I had some root vegetable chips. Dinner: For lunch we went to a restaurant called Hermans. It's a vegan restaurant located in Stockholm, it was so amazing and delicous. They hate a bufé for 80 sek (Swedish money) and it was a dream come true. More about Herman's:  official blog Dessert: So at Herman's I also bought a raw (non-sugar) ginger brownie and it was amazing! Day 2: Breakfa

Recipe: Stir Fry with Bean Pasta (Vegan). | Cornelia

This is my recipe for my vegan stir fry. Ingredients: - 1/2 a Bag of Frozen Vegetables (I used a thai wok). - 1/2-1 Cup of Bean Pasta. - Oil (olive oil, avocado oil for cooking). - Garlic Powder. - Chili Flakes. - Cayenne Pepper. - Salt. How to: Cook the pasta for 5-8 minutes. (while the pasta's cooking). Pour the oil into the pan (how much need depends on your preference). And then pour half a bag of the frozen vegetables into the pan. When the vegetables are relatively smooth, you can pour your cooked pasta into the pan as well. Once you've blended the pasta and the vegetables together you can add the spices after taste. I didn't really look how much I put in, just use your taste and add more if you need to. And there you go, a yummy meal!

Health Routine. | Cornelia

This is my health plan on how I stay healthy! Mentally: A lot of people skip over this part but please don't! If you want to live healthy and feel good in your body, you have to feel mentally as well. Remember that it takes time and don't give up! This is what I do for mentally being healthy: 1. Yoga. I do yoga when I feel stressed or tense. I usually do it in the morning or in the night if I've had a stressed day! 2. Positive thinking. Whenever you start thinking of yourself badly try to turn your mind around. Always tell yourself that you're beautiful and perfect the way you look right now. 3. Mirror training. This is a thing that has really helped me a lot! Every night and every morning, stand in front of the mirror and say nice things about yourself. (But never compare yourself to others, even in a good way). Say things like: "You're perfect, you're beautiful, you're strong, you can do this" etc. 4. Don't overthink
